You may not use Whalidate if you are located in, or a resident of, any of these countries or regions:

You also may not use Whalidate if you are named on a sanctions list of the United Nations, the United States (OFAC), the European Union or the United Kingdom, or are owned or controlled by someone who is.
Your own country's laws
Prediction markets and crypto services are restricted or illegal in more places than this list, and Polymarket itself limits trading in further countries. You are responsible for checking that you may use Whalidate where you live. Using a VPN or giving false information to get around these restrictions breaks our Terms of Service.
Changes to this list
We update this list when sanctions or the law change. If your country is added, we will tell you, and you will be able to close your positions and withdraw your funds unless the law forbids it.
